I went in today to ask about some fittings for my toilet. I recently got a bidet from japan, and because they have different standards for plumbing all the sizes were different than domestic fittings. After going to both home hardware and home depot (after 5, so one stop was closed), they both suggested i go to one stop plumbing. Went there today, and the lady working the store found the fittings I needed in about 5 minutes and explained everything as she was looking. I was also expecting the parts to come out to significantly more than what they did. All in all a good experience, and great customer service.
I had a leaking mess under my laundry tub with a two seized Y connector/shut off valves. I called One Stop Plumbing and the lady who answered (I assume owner), was super helpful. She requested I text her some pics of the situation and she asked me to come in to discuss options.
On arrival she drew a diagram, grabbed all the necessary parts and explained it all. I had never heard of this place before, but so glad I discovered them. Thank you for taking the time to help me get this all fixed up. No more leaks and it looks and functions 100% better.

I was recommended to check here by a plumbing supply place in Cambridge as they did not have the part I was looking for so obviously they have a great selection. Although they did not have the exact part I was looking for the woman at the desk said she could fashion what I needed out of two parts. I gratefully agreed to come back after completing some errands and there it was ready for me when I returned. Excellent service, thank you!
