It's like stepping back into the 1940s, You open the door, it's filled with one off plumbing items, then the owner comes over, and they're a master plumber.
If you're old enough to remember what hardware stores used to be like, you're also going to be sorely disappointed with every big box hardware store on the planet. Their employees know less than you do. To get rid of you, they'll give you a stupid answer and sell you something you don't need.

Can't say enough good things about this place.
I showed up just before closing on a Friday with 3 different sets of taps and two odd ones.
Not only was Polly able to identify all the taps but was very patient, pleasant, knowledgeable and taught me a lot in giving me what I needed.

Polly was extremely helpful; was given the sample part, located it, even wrote C for cold on the appropriate cartridge. Will be returning to this store when we need plumbing parts.
