I needed an inspection and estimate for repairs to our roof. It is an old house with a bit of a complex roofing situation (additions, different shingle ages, problematic gutter situation, etc.) Wes and his colleague came by quickly and spent a looooong time in our attic and on top of the roof. The former is especially impressive considering it was a really hot day and one of our roof's issues is that it possesses little to no ventilation. (Other companies I talked to barely looked inside the attic.)
