I’m naturally a very anxious person, and driving has always been something that scared me. Honestly, if I had been paired with any other instructor, I’m not sure I would have ever become comfortable behind the wheel. Rich was incredibly patient, encouraging, and understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to teach me in a way that made me feel calm, confident, and supported every step of the way.

This place is amazing! They teach you way more than you need to know to pass your test and they truly go above and beyond. My instructor John was the best ever. I am no longer worried about going somewhere and having to parallel park because he taught me everything I need to know and more. They don’t just teach you how to pass the test, they teach you how to drive in the real world. 10/10 recommend!
Some of you may have read or seen a review about Ron, the driving instructor, that was quite negative. It couldn’t be further from the truth. He is one of the kindest and most laid back instructors you could ever ask for. He made the last 6 hours I had of in car feel like something to look forward to rather than be afraid of. While some of the instructors here are very rude, such as Mr. Long, some are the nicest people you could ever meet. Ron is a good example of that. I don’t know much about the customer service aspect of this company, my dad has handled most of that because I’m 17.
