I am overwhelmed by the craftsmanship of this project! I met with Jim, had a seamless, productive meeting in February. He got me on the schedule and he met my budget. Bert came out along with Mason (i believe) and the crew and they got to it! They were very professional and knew exactly what to do and came everyday like clockwork (except for the cold and snowy Tuesday). I'm glad they stayed in! Businesses and service like this needs to mentioned more often in the mainstream. As a consumer, I believe this company sets the standard and delivers the satisfaction we always expect when we engage in home projects. My first deck project and it went off without a hitch! Ken came by a little earlier than expected which worked out because I had to get to work ?. Ken was very nice, quick, knowledgeable & he answered ALL my qiestions. While Ken was doing his thing he explained to me what he was doing. He even moved my stove & fridge ?. Since Ken came i havent seen any creepy crawlers which put me & my daughter's minds at ease. We're finally able to sleep! Thank You Ken!!!!

We contacted the team at G.W. Gill Plumbing and Heating due to an issue with our hot water tank. I greatly appreciated working with a real team member on the phone and not having to input information into AI to talk to someone about our problem. We initially left a voicemail and got a call back within 15 minutes and scheduled a time for a team member to come out to help diagnose the problem. Logan worked assiduously to detect the problem, but unfortunately, we needed to replace the tank. The pricing to replace the hot water tank was very fair and reasonable, especially because we needed a specific size.
Logan and Devin came out a few days later to replace our hot water tank. Our tank is in a small space, but they worked diligently to safely remove the tank.I cannot say enough good things about working with Devin and Logan. They took the time to go the extra mile, making sure everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. They went above and beyond, thoughtfully considering even the little things that could affect our tank, which gave us complete confidence in their work. They were also extremely knowledgeable and were able to explain things thoroughly. The job was tough due to the small space and other obstacles, and both Logan and Devin were extremely polite and well tempered throughout the entire process, above what I would have been able to sustain in the situation.
I enjoyed each interaction with each team member throughout the process and would highly recommend this company, as they showed great professionalism and integrity.
We’ve gotten literally tons of material from Savarino brothers. Last year pea gravel for our outdoor fenced in garden. I think the leaf humus this year is incredible if you’re looking to fill or amend garden beds. So far this year 8 yards leaf humus, 4 yards black mulch, soon some rough cut wood chips. And I’m going to mix more humus into our garden beds. Just go and look before you order, or make sure you get the right thing for your use. Screened soil is not leaf humus, so different stuff for different uses.
