“It was not an easy process. We had tried to capture the chipmunk for over two weeks. The cagey critter would eat the bait and avoid getting caught in any trap. We were sure it had come in when the door was left ajar, and Critter Control initially found no entry points. However, they stayed with it making numerous return trips. After I began to hear it in the walls, they did discover two small gaps between the brick and siding where it or they were able to come and go. One was eventually captured, and the other is no longer in the house. Those gaps are now capped, and we are chipmunk free.“

“Steve was phenomenal!! My husband travels quite a bit and I became concerned that he had brought home bedbugs-- although I could not find evidence one of my daughters appeared to be getting bitten in the night--- I had an idea of the cost but wasn't sure next steps so I called around a few places and Steve took sooooo much time to talk to me about what was going on, answered ALL my questions and even offered to come on a SATURDAY to do an inspection to see what he could find.
