I was concerned about the inability of my cold water to run when turning the faucet handle and felt after a couple days of running the space heater without any result I needed the help of a plumber. Lucas French called me back right away, came out and defrosted the pipe, and thought if I left the water on a trickle I would be ok. He did not detect any burst pipe. He was kind, efficient and courteous, and double checked to make sure I would not have any concerns. I so appreciated all he did as I know the weather is forecast to be very cold for several more days.
