Connor Gillenwater demonstrated excellent professionalism, punctuality, courtesy, and expertise. He got the main drain from my house cleaner than ever and everything is functioning properly again. Conner came out and did an extensive hydro jet drain cleaning for my elderly mother. He was very fair and could have raked her through the coals, but was very honest and helpful and helped her make the right decision on work to be done. Will use this company again in the future for sure!

Andrew was professional, polite and quick during our service call. I didn’t end up needing actual plumbing work but Andrew pointed me toward a solution to my problem. This is the second time I’ve used 1-Tom Plumbing and both experiences have been good.
