From the beginning, everyone on the team treated us like partners instead of just another project. Building a custom home comes with a lot of decisions, questions, and changes, and they were patient and responsive through every step.

Our builder, Tino, was outstanding. He kept us informed throughout the build, answered questions quickly, and always took the time to explain what was happening and why. There were so many selections to make, and her recommendations consistently elevated the finished product. Looking back now that everything has come together, we're grateful we trusted her advice.

Throughout the process, the craftsmanship and quality of the home were evident. From the framing and trim work to the finishes and the little details that many people would never notice, it was clear that pride went into the work.

Building a home is never completely stress-free, but Design Homes made the experience far better than we expected. Communication was excellent, the team was professional, and they genuinely cared about delivering a home we'd be proud to live in.

“I can't recommend Danny and his team enough! From the first project to the last, Danny and his crew—Glenn and Ethan—delivered top-notch work on everything we threw at them. They tackled everything from drywall and insulation in the basement and garage, to installing new light fixtures, ceiling fan remotes, LVP, and even adding a roof over our back landing. They also installed gutter guards, repaired siding, replaced the concrete steps on our front porch, and added electrical outlets throughout the house. “We had a set of windows removed and replaced with a sliding glass door and stairs leading to our back patio and Buckeye did an excellent job! We had trouble finding a contractor who who cut through our brick and cinder block home but it wasn't a problem for Buckeye. While Buckeye may be a bit more expensive, you get what you pay for. Mike gave us an initial quote, came back out to consult on an expanded scope, and was very responsive to numerous texts and phone calls. Lyndon and Tim did an excellent job! They were kind, professional, clean, and hard working and had it done in a day and a half. After they left, we noticed a small spacing issue and they were back out the next day to fix it, no complaints or push back. Great customer service! I would certainly use Buckeye again for future home projects.“
