5 stars all the way. Best techicians I have ever had. I had my tankless water heater flushed and was impressed with the calm efficiencey of both the techs. One was a trainee and is fortunate to have such a knowledgeble and honest man to learn from. BEST ever: Frank and Jack!!!!
With all the rain over the last few days, like many, we had water in our basement and our sump pump stopped working. We tried calling every possible company that airs commercials on the radio. We were either on hold for a very long time, or had an AI generated customer service, all of which did not help us. We called HEETER PLUMPING and actually spoke to a human with true compassion with great customer service. Within an hour, they had someone out to replace our sump pump. Knowing how busy his day was, he still had unbelievable compassion and had a smile on his face. We are very thankful for HEETER PLUMPING.
Noah & Jake did an excellent job replacing our gas water heater! They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. They answered all my questions professionally. I highly recommend Heeter for all your plumbing needs. I know we will be using them for any future plumbing needs.
