My wife and I had a carpet that unexpectedly Faded/deteriorated in a little over a year. Doug and his team were fantastic to work with! Not only did he generously replace the carpet, but also exceeded our expectations with customer service! His team of installers traveled to our home, which was out of their service area, were exceedingly professional during installation and genuinely cared about their product and their installation.When we need more carpet installed in our home we will certainly reach out to Doug and his team for all of our flooring needs.

Needed to spice up our place a bit and we could not have been any happier going to Bockrath flooring! Doug and Erin were so helpful and made us these rugs for a very affordable price. Even threw in this dog rug which our dog absolutely adores! If I could rate a 10/5 I would!
