Moved into a new place to find it had bed bugs! What a nightmare. My landlord got me in contact with Extermital for treatment and for each visit (4 in total) I dealt with Jerry and not only was he professional and helpful but he had a great attitude. He gave me tips and education about how to stay on top of the problem. The bugs are all gone and I am so happy with the service. The tech arrived on time and gave me notices if there would be any delay or early arrival. Dealing with Extermital and Jerry during this nightmare was a bright ray of hope! Thanks guys!
