Gabe did a fantastic job on my hair! Much better than any Great Clips haircut. I've been here 3 times now. I've also had some interesting and intriguing conversations that I haven't had with any other barber.
P.S. I do feel really bad that I missed my appointment today. I had an emergency to attend to. Sorry
This barber has cut my hair for years. What James and Gabe have done for the barber scene is bar none. What you get from them is consistent results that leave me happy with every service unlike many barber shops. This is one of the only barber shops that you can socialize and build a great relationship with without the social fluff, that is if you keep coming back. They let you know your dollar is greatly appreciated by them. Time management and communication is appreciated by them. You will either be a return customer or not.
This was my first time at Hicks and man my expectations were met and then some. First of all the atmosphere is so relaxing. Gabe was my barber and he did such a fantastic job. I haven't had a haircut experience like this in over 10 years. I will definitely keep coming back. A big thanks to James and Gabe for great conversation and being so inviting. And Gabe, thank you for making me feel like a total badass!! ?
