They took the time to troubleshoot over the phone with us on a Saturday evening when they didn’t have a technician available. We decided to wait until Monday to give them a call back because of that extremely kind gesture. You can really tell how important their customers are to them. They were very kind, honest, and informative. Ultimately, we needed a replacement but they did all of the troubleshooting steps before jumping to that conclusion. Their cost was also MUCH lower than other nearby competitors we called.
