He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He presented possible solutions, answered our questions in a way that we were able to understand easily, and completed the work efficiently. He left our space clean when he finished the work as well.

Precision Plumbing, Heating and Air did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater. It was a tight location where a normal water heater would not fit and they were able to come up with a solution that worked for us. Liz was great to work with in the office and Marcus did an amazing job with the install. They both understood our situation and went to Great length to make sure that the solution fit our needs. We are a week out of having the unit installed and so far we are very happy!
