Ysai and Shirley were great to work with and made sure that everything on the flat roof replacement for a commercial job went smoothly. It was a 3,200sqft building that had been neglected for a decade or so, but their team was diligent and thorough, and the end product is something that’ll last for many years to come. This was my first flat roof replacement and largest rehab purchase to date, so they were very patient with me, explaining the steps, describing the options and associated costs, and doing check-ups to make sure that there was no water intrusion.
