We talked about what I wanted and he explained what, why and how he planned to get me back safely to a blonde. I went into my appointment still nervous but his charisma is so fun to be around! I was having such a good time chatting that I forgot what I was stressing about. He was very detailed on taking the foils out at the appropriate time and when he took the first one out it slid like butter! No breakage, fall-out and no brass that I’d have to tone every wash.
