Friendly and helpful staff. They had the parts that I needed, and their prices were better than any that I found online. I hope that I don't need them again any time soon, but if I do, I'm glad that they are there.

My brother lives outside Baltimore. The appliance parts store there was out of stock and telling him it would be six to eight weeks before the belt he needed would be in. Dayton Appliance Parts had in in stock. I don't need appliance parts very often, but when I do, these guys have always come through for me.

I needed an ice maker for my fridge not knowing any thing about it went there and just showed employee my picture he patiently took the time to get me. The right part we didnt know what i looking for he showed all the workers there what i was tslking about one gentleman looked at and totally got me together ❤ i appreciate being trested like a woman who now has a completed project of putting that fridge back in full working order. Houston we have falling ice one hour after visiting this store thank yall for helping me
