The inflatable bounce house was super clean, colorful, and sturdy—perfect for a high-energy group of kids. They also provided other fun blow-up games and activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. Everyone was smiling, laughing, and having a blast the entire time.

JR Fencing installed a wood privacy fence on my property. They did an excellent, quality job. They also came up with the perfect solution to close up the space on the bottom which seamlessly matched the fence. Their workers were experienced, respectful, and cleaned up the worksite once the fence installation was completed. There were no surprises, work promised was work completed. Finding a Dr. that can ease this fear is hard to find. Not here! From the moment I walked into the office, I was welcomed with such a warm and friendly greeting by Lina and Shakila, the sweetest. Maria, the dental hygienist is amazing! Mary, the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable during my dental procedure. I cannot express how amazing Dr. Ahmed is. He is so easy to talk to, his interpersonal skills are a 10. Prior to beginning the procedure, he explained everything step by step, extremely thorough and more importantly… EXTREMELY GENTLE! I didn’t feel a thing!! I love this dentist and staff. If you are looking for a Periodontist, look no further, Dr. Ahmed is the one!
Excellent, personable attorney who represented me after I was struck as a pedestrian in a marked crosswalk by an automobile in Brooklyn, NY. Mr. O"Connor was thorough in his explanations of what to expect as he negotiated with the insurance companies on my behalf. Never did I feel that I was just a case file or for that matter too small of a case. I chose his firm because I wanted to avoid the ""big guys" in litigation...and his personal attention confirmed my choice. They have a nice color selection and I like that they have the gel colors in books so that you can easily see and choose your color rather than rummaging through a basket of fake nails. They also do a decent pedicure. However - EVERY time I go there my gel manicure turns out so thick and bumpy and peels off within days. They do very thick coats of polish and multiple layers of top coat. The polish pools near my cuticles and ends up lifting when I take a shower.
**Updating my review - decided to give them another try and do dip powder instead of regular gel and they did a flawless job.
Wow. I just finished my service and for the first time in 10 years of waxing/sugaring I had a pleasant experience. One a scale of 1-10 the pain level was a 1. This girl got a GIFT! Cut my hair in a way that can be worn straight or curly (which I thought was unheard of). I was also never able to grow my hair pass a certain point in the past until I started going to Haus of Imprints. Very professional and has you in and out while maintaining quality of her craft. She understands hair and scalp! She comes from a history of hairdressers & her expertise along with up to date trends are amazing. Not everyone knows how to properly cut curly hair — not waves but thick curls. I’ve been going to Lisa for over 12 years now and she is truly the best at cutting and caring for curly hair. She does Deva cuts, dry curl cut, wet curl cut — all done with so much expertise. Lisa is the only stylist I let touch my curls. She’s amazing and will make you love your curls again!
Pam is an amazing stylist with so much talent. Growing up my mom was a hairdresser and was the only person who understood my thick curly unruly hair. Great place! I called last minute to get a blow out and they were able to accommodate. The blow out was relaxing and my stylist was so knowledgeable and tried to give me pointers on how to do a blow out which was a first. Cost was great. Would definitely recommend!

Had a good experience, first time customer. The person that cut my hair did a good job. The price was fair when comparing to other places. They don't accept credit card, so make sure to bring cash. Simple haircut cost me $25 (Feb 2025). Parking is better than others being it has parking spots but only a few. So you may need to get street parking and walk a bit. I will probably come again if my other barber shop is closed.
Nino has been cutting my hair for over 20 yrs. He's always friendly and professional while I can't guarantee you'll stay with him that long I can say you won't have bad customer service experience.

Been coming to this location since I moved from Long Island. Employees are very nice, helpful, and are honest when asked for best packages and recommended time on each bed. I came to this location on Tuesday 4/29 around 7:30 pm. Upon entering beach bum there were a group pf two young women and one man and another woman walked in right behind me. I was buying a new package so I said to the young female employee I was in no rush and I would wait.
The first group of three were extremely rude to the young female employee who was trying to answer their questions about a Tuesday deal? In addition to answering the phone. One young girl demanded “stickies” and rudely said she wanted a “sexy” sticker for her body.
The young female employee was very calm and patient.
This evening 5/1 I entered the store and again there was a customer arguing rudely to a young male employee. He was being very professional and trying to explain but this woman was just not understanding. She then yelled as she was exiting “my son is a lawyer you’ll be hearing from him.” There should definitely be more than one employee working at this location since everyone seems so angry these days. Kudos to the employees here for trying their best even when dealing with difficult customers!

I have gotten my nails done by almost few different manicurists however the work they do here is great and better than any other place I have visited. The prices are fair and the quality is perfection. They always treat my nails with care and I’ve never had an issue with them. Erin is the best at making her clients happy!?. I visited Brooklyn Botox Bar to try PRGF (Plasma Rich in Growth Factors), which is a new form of platelet-rich plasma therapy. Dr. Marina draw my blood, spin it down, and extract a super-concentrated plasma that’s rich in growth factors — basically a natural booster for healing and regeneration. I truly love this procedure. Great spa. Spent the day with my sister, we used the saunas, hot tubs, cool pool, hot pool, ate lunch and got massages. Everything was amazing. I’m also a nursing mother and was pleasantly surprised to see they have a pumping room in the locker room which was really cool. The place is very clean and strict no shoes policy. The food was also really yummy.

I've never had an experience like this one before. As soon as I stepped inside, the owner of the spa was so warm and welcoming. She gave me a tour and explained everything she offered, the benefits, and answered every question that I had. She was so patient and knowledgeable.
I floated for the first-time and it was incredible. Their rooms have private showers and changing areas. The float tub was the perfect temperature and was so relaxing! I was scared to try it but instantly felt at ease. It was so calming.
Then I did the crystal bed which felt like an instant stress reliever followed by 30-minutes with the red light.
I left feeling less anxious and all-around better. Even the next time, my skin and nervous system felt so calm.
If you want to treat yourself to something relaxing and beneficial, spend a few hours here. You will be so glad you did!!
I was gifted a massage for Mother’s Day. I’ve been to Cloud 9 countless times and always have a great experience. This one truly takes the cake. I am a physical therapist and I developed severe pain in my dominant thumb the day before my massage. Before my massage, I spoke to my LMT Simone and explained the pain I was in. Simone adjusted my massage (with my permission) and worked on my thumb for a good portion of the session. She went the extra mile to meet my needs. As I type this the next morning, I am nearly pain free. Simone was AMAZING! A true champion of customer service and expert in her field, I am so grateful!!!! Thank you Simone!

Just had the best leg and foot massage pedicure! Karen? spent a good 50 mins on my pedi....granted it's off season and she had the time as it was not busy, but it still impressed me that she spent the extra time that she had. I don't like a hard massage and here is perfect. I tipped her well for it to show my appreciation. Glad I came. My toes are my toes....they can only look so good btw...lol

I just bought my second package for facial and massage, I love coming here every month I wish I could come more often. The massage is amazing my stress levels are high and my body gets super tight and tense. Every 4-5 weeks I get a massage and I feel so relax and great after. My sciatica has not been hurting as much as well. Highly recommended prices are great, the therapist is wonderful and very accomodating

Design Plumbing is your go to Sewer and Pluming Guys! Our home built in 1899, recently faced a broken sewer main. This company was onsite within 24 hours with an estimate and repair job (which was major) completed the next day with professionalism handling permits and street repairs all in one day. As a new homeowner this is not the sort of thing you want to deal with 3 weeks in. This company did all the heavy lifting with prices that were affordable, essentially saving the day. We couldn’t be happier with them. Highly recommend.
I have used Carters Mechanical many times for my home and business. They always come through. Even later in the night for me. Prices are fair and I have always been satisfied. Used them roughly 10 times so far.

When they came, they not only fixed the problem (it wasn't with their equipment, but with my breaker box) and recommended some long terms solutions.

I have used Coda Electrico a number of times over the last few years to do some updates. I live in an old co-op building with over 100 apartments, Jack and his crew updated all the electric boxes for the entire building and since then they have done a number of jobs in my apartment including LED ceiling lights , closet lights , electrical boxes in ceiling, installed ceiling fans etc. I just had Joey in about a month ago and he installed some led closet/ pantry lighting that looks fantastic. Going to have Joey come back and do a hall closet next. My mother is also a happy customer. I highly recommend! The are my go-to guys for any & all electrical work.
About 21 years ago, we had hired website Electric to do all the wiring for our backyard pool, including exterior lighting. Their work was fantastic back then, which leads us to today. We haven't needed any electrical work since however we had a slight problem whereas we needed them to come back and check out our Breakers fixing a small problem. The company is just as good as it was back then, and we are glad they are still in business. Highly recommended to anybody on the island needing work.
Roger did an amazing job of putting things in order, correcting a few decades-old issues in our Cobble Hill house before we rented it out two years ago and helping in crucial matters concerning combining two apartments in Brooklyn Bridge Park. He is extremely careful, very resourceful and amazingly neat in his work. He is creative in solving difficult problems - which in a 177-year-old brownstone is hugely helpful. His approach to electrical work is admirable: his planning, communication and execution is extremely thorough. On top of that he is a really nice guy! I give him my highest recommendation.

They cleaned the carpet on my boat and I was very surprised at how good the carpets look now. I had a lot of water stains that they somehow removed.
He was professional, punctual and honest about what dirt/stains he could remove from the carpet vs those stains that may not come out. The carpets were not cleaned for 8 years and I was amazed how clean they looked afterwards. We will be using this company for all our future carpet cleaning needs.

We hired Jay-Quin Contracting to completely renovate our bathroom. They were recommended by a couple of people we knew and had good on-line reviews. We met with Jay and he gave us an estimate for the work to be done. Jay was very patient and has a very even and easy going personality which I found comforting. He listened to both my husband and I, he heard what we envisioned and also made suggestions. Our home is almost 100 years old and although the bathroom had been renovated about 30 years ago, we were still nervous about what would be uncovered. Luckily, everything was good and the installation of walls, tiles and floors went off without a hitch. There were minor, post-renovation issues and Jay was eager to make the changes necessary to make us happy. Jay and his staff worked very clean and took the time to cover all areas and clean-up before they left. I have, in the past, had bad experiences with contractors. In May of 2023, my husband and I bought our first home, and we hired Vinny to transform our front-yard and backyard. In the back, he and his team removed the old deck, graded, sodded, and added mulch and top soil to the yard, and in the front, he re-sodded, added new top soil, mulch, and flowers. Working with Vinny was excellent! He took great pride in his work. We had a tight schedule when he hired him, and he made it work well with his team. A neighbour has a half dead tree in his backyard which is not maintained - pruned, etc. During a recent storm the wind wrenched a 20 foot long limb from the tree, depositing it in my backyard, damaging my fence in the process. I reached out to one tree service and the owner came and said the limb came off of the tree in my yard and that the tree was dead and if not removed could do more damage due to its proximity to my house. He quoted me a price of $3500 to remove it. I reached out to Neumann's Tree Service (the German name is anglicized to Newman in terms of pronunciation) to get a additional quote. Tom Neumann came to my home and said the limb was from the neighbour's tree and pointed to where it had broken free. I could clearly see the spot Tom mentioned. So I asked him if my tree posed a threat to my house. He said, "There's nothing wrong with that tree but you may want to prune it" as it was brushing against the aforementioned neighbour's house. He quoted us a price of $550 - a bit easier to part with than the previous quote of $3500. The work was delayed a week due to the sudden arctic blast which included freezing rain and snow. When Tom's guys came they were efficient, professional and great about cleaning up after the downed limb was removed and healthy tree pruned. One thing to keep in mind: the truck they use is big and has a mulcher attached to its rear bumper so you will want to secure a place for the men to park the equipment. To wrap up: it was a good and enlightening experience. Tom is knowledgeable and honest and his men do a great job for a fair price. Kudos.

I went to NY Chiropractor & Physical Therapy for chronic tendinitis in my calf. Steven Rozov, the Physical Therapist, was quick to diagnose the problem and began working on my calf and achilles. He was professional and personable, made me feel at ease, and used a number of different protocols and exercises, including an ALTER-G treadmill, to assist with my healing and recovery. I was very pleased with the progress that I made and was soon able to increase the duration and intensity of my exercising in my local gym.

Dr. Nasso saved my life! 22 1/2 years ago I went to him because I could not quit smoking and had high blood pressure which was getting worse. He did what he had to do on my ear. I found Peter Astarbi to be a very nice, competent, and engaging fellow. I did (post visit) have, and still do have, one concern and that is his practice of mixing two different vaccines in the same injection. I learned later that most veterinarians do not like that at all since one vaccine may reduce the effectiveness of the other. So if he comes to your house and your animal needs more than one vaccine, you might want to discuss this with him.

Dr. Pugliese and staff are all very kind and knowledgeable. I brought two of my bearded dragons here (bless their souls) and my beautiful Sulcata Tortoise here and she’s taken good care of them and shares the same passion for exotics and reptiles like I do. She isn’t the typical arrogant Doctor that claims to know it all, she isn’t afraid to tell you she doesn’t know something and she’ll do a lot of research to give you the right information about how to treat your animal. She is also very affordable compared to other vets I went to. She is definitely my go to whenever one of my reptiles get sick, I wish I can give her 10 stars!!

I took my dog here to get a dental cleaning/tooth extractions because he had bad plaque in his teeth. Due to his age of 12 years, I was very nervous about having this procedure done but the doctors and staff here did a wonderful job with him. They really care about the animals and they are very reasonable. I will be bringing all of my animals here moving forward

Island pet resort saved my family vacation, they acomodated my puppy last minute and took a good care of him.
My 7 month old pup was scared of strangers and kind of aggressive toward everyone but us. I booked in home petsitter in advanced and decided to try it for one day before vacation. . After one day she cancelled my booking for boarding due to my puppy aggressive behavior, leaving me with no options right before vacation.
I called Island resort and they invite us for meet and greet same day. My dog was terrified and tried to bite them at first but manager calmed him down and was able to handle him with a few minutes, absolutely professional and knows how to handle difficult dogs.
They sent me videos and pictures of my puppy every day, and I can see he made a few friends and become social with staff and other dogs. Good boarding place with good people. And honestly their price is the most affordable in Staten Island.
I will recomend this place and definatelly will use them again.

The studio itself is beautiful and well-organized, creating a serene and welcoming environment from the moment you walk in.Nicole, the instructor, did an excellent job teaching the class. I came in with a persistent neck problem and left not only feeling energized but also pain-free. Her approach to teaching is both gentle and effective, making it accessible for all skill levels.The only thing I would suggest is perhaps incorporating a slightly more intense class option for those looking for a bit more challenge. However, even with that in mind, my experience was outstanding. I give Yoga Nook Studio a well-deserved 5 stars!

I have been taking classes with Agnes Zbylut for the better part of a year. In that span of time, no two sessions have ever been remotely the same! An experienced and extremely knowledgeable instructor -- with a doctorate in physical therapy, no less -- she provides a challenging and safe mix of exercises in each class. Importantly, she accommodates the varying levels and ages of participants seamlessly. Her instructions are thorough, and the constant change is refreshing. I have recently added occasional private sessions with this highly-capable trainer. I love her!

Jaritza is a very skilled massage therapist. She is knowledgeable in anatomy and is able to identify areas that need extra attention. I carry tension in my neck and shoulders and she finds and works out all the knots. She listens and adjusts the amount of pressure used based on your feedback. Her space is warm and inviting, and my only complaint is the 90 minute session flies by too quickly lol. I'm definitely booking 2 hours next time.

Awesome place! 10/10. Dr. Igor has extensive expertise in his field. The staff who work there are very professional and respectful. The ladies who work at the front desk are very polite and friendly. The place is always clean and sanitized. A big thank you for helping me out, and because of you, I am back to my regular activities, including running. Seriously, if you are looking for a good place for physical therapy, this is the place to go!

OMGOODNES, what can I NOT say about this place. First, let's talk about the staff and how PROFESIONAL they are. Besides being professional they genuinely care about their patients. You don't just walk in this facility get treated, and book your next appointment. Absolutely not, they talk to you about your situation, they tell you what not to do, and what to do to ensure you get the best treatment that will help with 100% recovery. They tell you what to do at home before your next visit and they check on you to make sure you are doing good.
Dr Ehab is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I am on my way to a full recovery because of this doctor. It's been a long time since I've felt so good. My back, shoulders, knees and face thanks NY Rehab and the entire team. I've been telling EVERYONE that needs a good Physical Therapist about this place and I will continue to spread the word so that they can be as happy as I am and get better soon. Dr. Joel R. Bonamo is by far the best Orthopedic Doctor I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Not only does he have a great personality, but he will examine the problem medically, intellectually and with superior knowledge of what’s wrong, how to treat it, and how to make you feel better, all with his sincere concern and care!
I've been coming here for years anytime I've had a problem. Larry is very knowledgeable in what he does and is a very caring professional. Their staff are very professional and friendly also. The entire office is very clean and organized. On street parking isn't too bad but they do have a small FOR PATIENTS ONLY lot in the rear.

They recently taught me how to drive and they not only showed me how to drive but also taught me to exaggerate my motions for the road test
i was very nervous at first to be behind the wheel but i got more comfortable as i took lessons with Scott at first and then with Monique. I also just passed my road test today on my first try thanks to Monique. She was very patient and very eager to make me pass. I would very much recommend this school because they care a lot for their students to be able to drive and feel at ease while doing so. Thank you again !!
I had my first lesson today with Skylar, and this is exactly the experience I was in search of to get more comfortable as a driver. I entered the car with my nerves and eager to learn and Skylar had a lot of patience, grace and skill with attention to the small details. I know what I have to do to get better behind the wheel. I didn't leave the car with a feeling of dread, but excitement that I'm well on my way.
I used South Shore Driving School for my daughter and highly recommend them. Owen made her feel comfortable from the start and took his time. This along with necessary corrections made it possible for her to pass her road test on the first try. Thank you!
Alyssa is great, not only did she do a professional job, she helped explain in detail what she was doing. My daughter was very impressed, and will be a faithful client in the future. Go to the office on New Dorp Lane if you’re in Staten Island, you won’t be disappointed
I only booked them to take me to my road test and for one practice, but they were great. They were great about scheduling and were nice enough to reschedule me when I missed an appointment.
Not bad, but study guides were not as helpful as one would expect. I took pages of notes which helped me throughout the course. Videos were nice and emphasized some key elements of poor driving habits. Nice update on the penalties, fines and jail time. Clarified some unknown statistics which amazed me. Overall, a lot of useful info!
Amazing instructor passed in my first try he teached me very well I recommend the same guy and school to my sister it’s amazing thanks to my amazing instructor saeed.
Thanks to instructor Ali. His skill of teaching outstanding. After 6 hrs hard work fill squeesed like a lemon, but happy and left course with motocycle driver license. Highly recommended.
I cannot thank Island Driving School enough, especially Lenny, for being the absolute BEST driving instructor ever. From the very first lesson, Lenny made me feel comfortable, confident, and truly prepared for the road. He has a way of teaching that's patient, encouraging, and never stressful, even when I was nervous. Every lesson was thorough, and he always made sure I understood not just what to do, but why it's important for safe driving.
Thanks to Lenny, I passed my road test today! I couldn't have asked for a better instructor or school. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about you becoming a safe and confident driver, Lenny is your guy. Highly recommend Island Driving School!
