I was gifted a massage for Mother’s Day. I’ve been to Cloud 9 countless times and always have a great experience. This one truly takes the cake. I am a physical therapist and I developed severe pain in my dominant thumb the day before my massage. Before my massage, I spoke to my LMT Simone and explained the pain I was in. Simone adjusted my massage (with my permission) and worked on my thumb for a good portion of the session. She went the extra mile to meet my needs. As I type this the next morning, I am nearly pain free. Simone was AMAZING! A true champion of customer service and expert in her field, I am so grateful!!!! Thank you Simone!

Amazing massage at Relax on Cloud 9 ! I’ve been coming here for years and was gifted a massage certificate and I’m so grateful that I had Sandra today she was absolutely wonderful, thorough and fluid!! Throughout the years I’ve had many massages at different places and by far Sandra is the best! Thank you again! ???

I enjoyed my Swedish massage very much. I don't go often for massages, and have tried a few places, and enjoyed this one the most. The spa was quaint, and ambiance was very calming. I felt the pricing was fair as well.
