I just recently had a piece done by Chris Element . It was a remembrance tattoo of my closest lifelong friend who passed. That kind of tattoo requires a great deal of trust, and I trusted Bullseye Tattoo and Chris, that they would put my expectations to skin . They surpassed my expectations 10 fold!
