Billy is the Man!!
originally used Platinum plumbing when we first bought our house 22 years ago and did a great job helping modernizing our plumbing and heating
had a leaking water heater emergency,
knew exactly who to call
Came through in minutes, evaluated the situation, came back replaced and installed a new one in about an hour
highly recommended
Billy has been a wonderful plumber for us for the last seven years since we moved into our house here on Staten Island. He replaced our old cast iron central stack, fixed leaks, and reseated a toilet. He’s always been very professional and his services are very reasonably priced. Most importantly, his work always holds up. I recommend him enthusiastically and without reservation. -Marc
Billy is always my go to plumber. He has fixed my bathroom sinks. He has unclogged my bathroom toilets. This last visit he unclogged my kitchen sink. Billy goes out of his way to come as soon as he can. This time it was the same day. He is professional and the prices are reasonable. He is a great plumber!!
