The first guy they dispatched out stopped to eat so one of his co workers came instead. He was great. For got his name but he’s from Pennsylvania ?. Anyway, he was very friendly and quick.
Prompt, courteous, efficient technician.A bit pricey, but it was 10:00pm on a Saturday night that I was completely locked out of my home, so I willingly paid the price. I do, however, object to the additional “small fee” (according to the technician) of nearly 5% added to the bill to pay by credit card.By the way, this service was in St. Petersburg, FL, not Staten Island!
