Annihilator is a fantastic company. Our house had a mice issue . Scott came over, conducted a thorough inspection, identified the entry points and went above and beyond to make sure the house is secured and the issue is resolved. He was honest, professional, and fast, and he did a perfect job. His assistant Sloan made the whole process very organized and seamless. She informed me when Scott was on the way and worked around my schedule to make the necessary adjustments and follow ups. Thank you Scott and Sloan.

Highly recommend. Scott & John arrived on time and in a few minutes located the hornet's nest plaguing us for a while. Neutralized it and sealed the opening they were entering the house. excellent work, professional, polite and mindful of my property. Also worth mentioning is Sloane working the office, very professional and, friendly, arranging to have the guys come to do the job the same day.Thank you all. If you want it done right the 1st time call them. That's his philosophy. He doesn't play games and know his stuff. Very respectful and always on time. He doesn't try to take your money by trying to sell you things you don't need. I recommended him to my neighbors and they are happy. He took care of their problems and he hasn't come back to their houses. I still continue to use him to this day. Everyone including the owner are hard working individuals you can count on. I open the door and they go at it. They put covers on their sneakers so they don't drag in any dirt into the house. These are professionals you can count one.
