I brought this small condominium last year. All my friends told me renovation could be very complicated and painful in NYC. I've been worked with Mat for a year and Mat is professional, helpful with all the works. The whole renovation is smooth and our family love our condominium 's new look.
I highly recommend Agalliu for any reno project you have. It has been an year since they completed our full-gut renovation and we only have good things to say about them! They are extremely professional, always there to answer any phone calls and always keeping the place clean and organized even though it was a complete renovation. Great job guys!
Waited a year and some change just to confirm the quality of the work and ensure that there were no issues with any of the new construction.Matt was a pure joy to work with. He and his team were timely and efficient with demo, reframing rooms, constructing and rebuilding new walls, installing waterproof insulation, and all the tiling and paint work. We had a very tight schedule to get the renovations done and they were able to complete a full gut renovation of a 3-bedroom/2bathroom coop in 12 weeks. When we had an issue with a leak in our sink 18 months after the job was completed, he arranged for one of his plumber vendors to visit and fix the link and re-affix the sink...read full review
