I took my 1 year old retriever to take his rabies and yearly shots. Process was quick, well explained, and well priced. Compared to other vets, this is a 10/10 service. Dr. Rubenstein, you are the man!

I came here 15 years ago with my cats and found
Dr. Rubenstein extremely kind and compassionate. He doesn't take advantage of people and their pets for monetary gain. I was so happy to learn that he is still practicing and I now bring my new puppy to him.

Dr. Rubenstein has been our Veterinarian for our cats and dog since 1989 and if we ever get another pet, their first visit would be to Victory Veterinary Practice. He used his skillful hands, not scans, to examine and diagnose. He’s gentle, yet got the job done. I wish some human physicians would use the hands-on approach, rather than treating lab work and tests. Can I give Dr Rubenstein 6 stars? 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
