I have been doing therapy at this place for a long time! I always make an appointment in advance! So,,,,, I always have to wait 20-30 minutes!Today I waited 45 minutes and left without therapy! This place doesn't value customers' time! upset

I was here twice since 2014 for a knee and then back problem. Both times I improved faster then expected.I moved to NJ and went somewhere else because after painting I thought something may have happened to a disc in my neck and wanted to know what the problem was (had tingling at night in arms). So they did electrostimulation and heat after asking questions and I am better. Now I am being hounded just so they can make more money off me instead of being happy it disappeared.Should have drove over the bridge and came to New U where there are late night schedules for people who work in Manhattan and privacy while being worked on. I bring my parents here every week . The staff ladies that work on weekends are really nice, professional and helpful. They don’t let you wait if you have an appointment.And not to forget, Dr. Daniel is the best. Very good physical therapist and really nice person too.
