both Michael and Ronald were very very pleasant and a genuine pleasure. I have used Stanley Steemer for years and have found all the technicians to be very pleasant and helpful. Michael and Ronald are no exceptions. I give them both an excellent review.

I had water leak out of washing machine trap and it spread over entire downstairs floor; Anthony came and assured us he could save our floor and area rug; he extracted and sanitized everything and left 3 commercial size dehumidifiers to dry out any residual moisture in the seams of the wood floor for 3 days; three days passed and everything was perfect and like new ; thank you Anthony for your professionalism and expert service and support as you are very personal and friendly to your customers as they are in shock to their problem you bring them back to spirit and put them over what happened Thank You and We Highly Recommend You Greg R 10-21-23
