I accidentally picked up what I thought was a paper ball from my yard, and quickly realized it was a wasp nest! When they started to fly out, I immediately ran in the house, looked on yelp, and found Dave. He promised to come today and remove it, he informed me to not touch it, because there could be hundreds in there, after reading the same thing online, I avoided my yard for 24 hours. He came on time, texting me when he was close, and even outside, he was wearing a mask, and he did as he promised, he froze the nest, and removed it, even hosing down the area so it was safe for my dog to go back outside again. Just got my house treated for carpenter ants which I didn't know until I called Fillmore and Dave who explained to me what might be the problem. He was here the same day to evaluate the situation and I'm very pleased with the out come thanks to Dave who explained it all to me. Called Fillmore based on the reviews I read and everyone was exactly right on point. Thanks Dave and you will be my exterminator for life!!

I reached out to David about helping reapply the termite mitigation shield around the perimeter of our house (the previous application was done by another company whose owner has retired and closed down) and the response was quick. He came out to do a first inspection free of charge and was friendly, professional and answered my questions. The work was scheduled and he completed the job. We'll see how well the shield works out in the long run (the previous company's shield lasted about 7 years).
