Yailin is absolutely amazing . She is always very positive and caring and gifted with skincare . 5 stars for Yailin she is truly talented , empathetic and caring during my spa experience all the time . 🙂 probably the best esthetician on Staten Island. I always enjoy coming to hand and stone because of Yailin and her exceptional service . The decorations are beautiful and the clothes linen smell very clean . And the coffee pot always helps the experience to be a better one lol. Rosanna and Ericka and Aisha are very kind and accommodating ..I’m so glad to have gotten my membership back and go to Bayonne for my massages and attend here for my facial service …
My massage therapist was Lisa and she truly is amazing. One of the most relaxing massages I've ever had and I definitely will be booking with her again. Highly recommend Lisa!!
I just want to say that hand and stone is a wonderful place and Giovanna is truly a master at her craft. She has 16 years experience and is well-versed in many techniques. She’s always shows her clients, compassion and empathy, even when going through her own stuff. I look forwards to seeing her monthly as she’s always very positive and makes me feel fantastic.
