The practice is beautiful and clean. The PA Nargiza has very good bedside manners, she is polite and very good provider.The reason why i took off one star (i should have taken off two) its because of their front desk. A practice like that should have higher standards when hiring front desk people, after all they are the first people you interact with when you enter the office and the standards should be higher.They completely ignore you when you walk in and try to check in. I’ve been going to Dr shapiro’s office for many years and never had any issues with his associates. There is a big over turn every 2-3yrs with his associates which I personally don’t like because you can become comfortable and happy with a Dr and then they aren’t there anymore.Since he’s moved next door it’s new, modern and very clean but the wait time can be from 30-40min and this isn’t anything new. This is a good sign that they spend quality time with their patients. I had to bring my sister in for a consult. I met with Dr Shapiro nurse practitioner. I had problems as red spots on my skin for about 3 months. The doctor from first look told me that it is psoriasis,and gave me an ointment. I use it only 2 days and already see a great result . They are 80% less visible now ?
