“Sensei Zumo came highly recommended by our friend, Robert. We are very glad we signed up our 12 year old son. Sensei creates a welcoming and respectful environment while maintaining high standards and discipline on the mat.
He takes the time to make sure every student understands the fundamentals and improves at their own pace. We highly recommend this school to anyone.”
“I’ve taken several classes already and I’m hooked! The instructors respect the original practice and structure of Bikram and the corrections are always done thoughtfully. The manager creates a welcoming environment. Ask for the electrolyte water.”
“I booked a TMJ treatment with Delaney and she was wonderful! Her communication throughout the process was excellent, from our initial consultation to the aftercare. The massage itself was great; I felt relief from my jaw tension and pain for the first time in months! I will definitely be back.”
