Sundays are my reset days and Cassie is wonderful for that needed centering of remembering the details are what matters to set the tone for the weak. Josh on thrusdahs reminds me of my inner warrior to keep pushing and overall all of the teachers there have their own unique way of teaching which is great for variety. Clean and bright judgment free zone. Can't beat it.“
