“The Gym in Englewood, NJ is not just a gym. It is a full-scale factory for better bodies, better moods, and better standards. The facility is clean, polished, and run with the kind of professionalism that makes most other gyms feel like abandoned warehouses with treadmills. The atmosphere is motivating without being obnoxious, the equipment is excellent, and the entire place feels like it is operated by people who actually understand what members want.
A huge reason for that is Andrew, who is absolutely phenomenal with clients and guests. He treats everyone with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism, and he has the rare ability to make people feel welcomed the second they walk through the door. Andrew does not just ‘work there’—he sets the tone for the whole place. He is attentive, approachable, and clearly takes pride in making sure everyone has a great experience.
It is hard to find a gym that combines serious fitness, great energy, and truly outstanding service, but The Gym somehow does it effortlessly. Andrew is a major part of what makes this place stand out. If every business had someone like him, customer service complaints would disappear overnight. Five stars is not enough.”
