Such an honor to be in such sacred place of human beings who welcomed me and my brother! Such a sight to see my bro Paul in such great company playing his flute and meditating away!!

This is a nice yoga studio in the lower east side with a variety of classes. I really enjoyed the Sunday evening restorative class. It's definitely more of a relaxing and meditative class than a workout, but it's the perfect way to reset before the week.

We organized a series of presentations in this beautiful space in late November. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The second you walk in, there are inviting scents and colors. We felt at home right away and are grateful to the BC for allowing us to use a large room for our presentations. We would love to work with them again in the future!
