It’s a very low-key, welcoming place with such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. All of the teachers are wonderful, but Kacper is especially great!
The classes are a perfect balance — not overly difficult or intimidating, but still challenging enough that you feel like you’ve had a really good practice. I also love that the classes are suitable for all levels, whether you’re newer to yoga or have been practicing for years.
There are lots of regulars, which I think says a lot about the studio. It has a very comfortable, unpretentious feel and is just a genuinely nice place to practice yoga. Highly recommend!
I look forward to Center Yoga’s Power Hour every Sunday! Shahar is an incredible instructor—she gives so many thoughtful adjustments throughout class and is always happy to help with inversions. Her guidance has really helped me build confidence and improve my practice. Highly recommend!
