    2024 bride here! Coach Adam’s program has been life-changing. I joined to lose some stubborn weight and tone up (lost 7 lbs in a few weeks so far!) but the benefits have been so much more than that. He truly encourages you to dig deep and establish long-term habits and thought patterns to change the way you show up for yourself each day.     I had tried exercising on my own, dieting and different programs. After working with own your fitness and doing the evaluation session with the specialist I learned exactly what I was doing wrong and the type of exercises I need to do for my body type and my challenges. Furthermore because I sit behind a desk and have a family the convenience and sustainability of their program keeps me on track and is helping me activate all the right muscles that are now helping me with weight loss, toning up, strength training and becoming a better version of myself.
