I was determined to gain some healthy weight and build strength after struggling with body image issues due to being skinny my whole life. I had tried different workouts in the past but didn’t see much of a difference. That’s when I reached out to Coach Adam and he corrected my form, created a personalized workout plan for my body type, provided nutrition guidelines and did mindset training. The workouts are sustainable and easy to manage with in-office work schedule. I started seeing a difference in under 5 weeks and my knee pain is gone. I would recommend Own Your Fitness to anyone who is looking to build a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
Working with Coach Adam has been a great experience. His approach to coaching is not only physical but mental.
