Update to previous review,Fabulous Yoga Retreat in the South of France!My husband and I went with Zeni & the studio on her yoga retreat to the south of France. The house & accomodations were amazing! It had a gorgeous pool, grounds & the views were breathtaking! There were daily yoga classes held outdoors with well organized excursions to local towns beaches, restaurants! It was the perfect balance of relaxing zen & yoga with being able to explore our destination. I highly recommend Zeni's retreats and can't wait till next adventure!

I have never taken a yoga class so i was a bit nervous. The instructor Kaori was very thorough, made me feel comfortable and confident. I didn’t expect it to be such a work out. It was also an extremely deep stretch which my body definitely needed. The class was full of people of all levels. They offer modifications for high level students. I recommend bringing a yoga mat, if you do not have one they can provide a loaner mat. I will definitely be back and try other class. Why you might love this studio like I do: Wide assortment of classes and class times; very reasonable class rates; all the instructors are incredibly pleasant as well as highly knowledgeable and uniquely talented in always providing diverse, interesting, and challenging practices, for both body and mind, for all levels; the overall studio environment is awesome - friendly, relaxed, inclusive, and it's always a pleasure to practice and learn.
