I love this hot yoga studio. Although yoga isn't my only means to work out, I do enjoy coming here every so often as I am guaranteed a wonderful experience every single time. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well as motivating which is much appreciated for this type of workout. They offer wonderful memberships that make it easy to make this a routine. Hot yoga has improved my health and wellness so much. I not only get a great workout but I generally feel well afterwards. It is also an extremely clean studio, note you do remove your shoes by the front door which I personally love. I highly recommend this studio.
I absolutely would recommend this studio to anyone! I bought my mother a intro pass for 14 classes! She loves it sooooooooo much, and wants to continue after her intro. Thank you so much for making my mother feel welcomed, and she feels and sounds more relaxed than I’ve heard her in a while.
Great place, great instructions. From my own experience:1. First lesson was super difficult (probably because I’ve never done yoga before).2. I started to feel results immediately. I felt more energized for the next 2-3 days. I was more focused at work and more productive.3. You must do it at least 2 times a week to see benefits of it and getting used to the moves.4. It’s a great cardio.
