St. Marks Yoga is a welcoming and accommodating yoga studio that offers power vinyasa yoga classes with a suggested donation of $10 per 75-minute class. The teachers range from very good to incredible, providing modifications and encouragement to accommodate all levels of yogis. The studio's setting is described as perfect, and the space is gorgeous. The classes follow a one breath, one movement format, resulting in a fantastic workout that leaves attendees feeling healthy, strong, and refreshed. Not sure what I’d do without this place. I’ve been going almost daily for about 4 months, and it’s amazing. The teachers range from very good to incredible, and the setting is perfect. It’s a suggested donation of $10, which it is well worth, but you can pay what you can. It’s a power vinyasa yoga, with a one breath, one movement format, that results in a fantastic workout. If you want to get your body healthy and strong, and feel good doing it, I highly recommend this class. They offer numerous times throughout the week, with enough variety to accommodate most any schedule. All types of people and levels of yogi attend, so don’t worry about where you are at....read full review

I took Ricki's 7PM class this past Wednesday and was blown away. The space is gorgeous and the instructor's energy was magnetic! She guided us through a fairly athletic sequence that focused on core strength, all the while encouraging us to make modifications as needed / get creative + take things at our own pace. I did yoga for the first time here and now I'm going to come every week! Audrey was an amazing teacher and I really enjoyed her restorative class, I left feeling so much more at ease, and by the end I was able to touch my toes! I know it's a small feat but was a big milestone for me!
