“In my search for Yoga and Pilates classes in Nyack, I came across Soul Flyte Yoga Studio. I was happy about the content on their website - it was very detailed and informative plus the reviews were very good, which helped solidify my decision on visiting this studio. There were other things that piqued my interest, such as the ease of booking classes online. Yup, the class schedule is on their website where all the classes are displayed with the instructor and times. The communication with the studio was also good.I took advantage of the new client offer which consists of 4 classes for only $66. I had my first class (Cardio Pilates) today with Liz and it was absolutely amazing! The tempo was just right and I was able to go at my own pace. The studio was clean and the atmosphere was just calm and welcoming. I am happy to say that I completed my first ever Cardio Pilates class and it was awesome! I will definitely be a regular at the studio and look forward to the other classes - Pilates and Barre.I'll update this review with pics soon ?“

Sensei is very knowledgeable and has passion for what he teaches, after a year being here, my daughter now decided to practice it and she loves it!
