“Attended 2026 Studio 108 Yoga Retreat at Ventnor, NJ. What a delightful treat. I’ve never heard of this city before but was pleasantly surprised. The house was perfectly set up for everyone to have their own safe space.
The food was amazing, beach and sunny days made it perfect. Best of all I enjoyed the yoga classes and connecting with the attendees when it was time to do our processes on the subject at hand. What a memorable weekend and amazing human beings to be around. Id highly recommend taking time to relax unwind and reset your nervous system by attending one of these in the near future !”
