Justin did an interior detailing of my 2011 Honda CR-V, which was amazing. He even offered to drive me home after I dropped off the vehicle; how nice! Also, when I arrived to pick it up, he had just finished washing and waxing it, at no extra charge, as a kind thank you for my 20 years of service in the Marines.
The interior detail was seriously first class. I have had vehicles detailed in Hawaii, California, Washington, and Minnesota, and this was by far the best experience of them all. When I pulled the car out of his workshop it literally felt like I was taking the keys to a brand new car, and driving it right off the dealer's lot.
I am definitely going to be seeing Justin again in the future for cleanings and other services (need to get those headlights polished).
I was so impressed that I asked him for a small stack of business cards, and I shall ensure that every single one of those cards gets into someone's hands.

Jessie is incredible, she completely groomed both small dogs. They were done quickly and perfect. She groomed my granddaughters golden retriever for graduation pictures! Again she did a wonderful job.

FloRae's is hands down the best salon in the area. They can do any haircut, color, or style you want and take the time to do it the way you desire. Any stylist you choose will be amazing. Highly recommend. Nikki did the cut and style for me most recently and I was blown away! Update 2/17/22: This is the only salon I go to. Consistent amazing cuts and perfect service. Still extremely happy! Update 6/3/22: Shawn, Nikki, and Natalie have all cut my hair and trimmed my side shave. All the staff here are very highly trained and wonderful to work with.

What a great experience! I’m ashamed to say I did not get the name of the gentleman who did my acrylic gel fill tonight but he was SO good. I was in town visiting my parents from Minneapolis and couldn’t get an appt before coming down. I’ve never been here before but will absolutely be back if possible! He listened to exactly what I wanted (almond shape, no thickness to my mani) and was meticulous but still got my nails done quickly enough. Clean and very sweet salon with TONS of color options. 5 stars for sure, highly recommend!

I had the fake artificial tips put on, she gave those a lot of attention making sure every finger was perfect ?

Walk-in-tub install was second project done for me by 1st Class Plumbing. Paul and his crew went above and beyond to get my project done in detail. Paul installed a new water heater to accommodate the new tub. I knew from the outset I would not have to worry about the quality of the plumbing for this vital project. This guy came out when he said he was going to. Was able to get my garage heater hooked up no problem and knew exactly what was needed to get the job done. No fluff, no excuses, and no problems. Rob and his team were wondering to work with and did a great job installing our ev charger. They went above and beyond anywhere they could. For example, I was worried that our child might play with the EV plug and get shocked. Rob found a child safe lock to put over the outlet to prevent a shock. They were also competitively priced.
Keith and Brian were absolutely great to work with! I had some old electrical wires in my daughters closet that needed to be upgraded and replaced, Brian did an incredible job walking me through the process and explained all my options throughout the work. It was obvious the previous home owner did a lot of work themselves, but Brian was able to give me peace of mind that the room is now upgraded and safe to use for our kids. Pedro was almost an hour late due to a previous job; I had to call the office to ask about the situation when he did not come at the appointed time. He did a great job on my living room carpet. With the help of a fan and outside ventilation, the carpet was dry within 2 hours.
My carpets looked dull and stained, but Curtis from Cyclone carpet cleaning did a fantastic job! He's professional and very efficient. He arrived on time, explained the cleaning process thoroughly, and went above and beyond to address a couple of stubborn spots. The carpets look brand new. The estimated time frame he gave us to build our home was extremely reasonable and he came through for us. Even ran a day or two ahead most of the time. We were given a detailed construction schedule from beginning to end that we could follow along with and know when things were happening. He was great at answering my questions and putting me at ease. He has a great group of subs that do quality work. All of the people we had interactions with were very kind and professional. Jenni and Brent were also excellent at helping answer any questions and keeping things going smoothly. We would pick him over and over again. Such an efficient crew! Thank you so much for bringing the home of our dreams to life and making the process so seamless! We are forever grateful.
For us this was a pretty seamless process!! We were within a week of our estimated closing date, which was pretty great. The house is beautiful and Jeremy was always very patient and responsive. He never seemed bothered by my questions (even though I felt annoying). The office team was also great. Gorgeous and well constructed home. Bigelow homes is a well working and well oiled machine. So happy we used them!

Beautiful work!! Cant speak more highly of the workmanship and quality of cabinets they build. From the designing stages all the way to cleaning up after install was super smooth and effortless. Doug was fantastic to work with and makes things very stress free and very knowledgeable about the entire process! Customer service was top notch even after install was completed. I needed a few small things after install and they had guys over the very next day. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend using them!
Rory's replaced windows in one of my rentals last year. They did such a good job I am having them update my front door and a few more windows this year. I cant wait to see the finished project! Our yard was a disaster. We had a large puppy who dug many holes, past companies we hired did no good in stopping weeds and growing the grass. Got an immediate answer when I contacted them (and always do), came out, planted seed, fertilized, weed control, etc. I was so impressed i hired them to mow to assure we had a lush yard again. Today, it is thick with healthy grass, no weed patches, etc. The only complaint is how fast it grows because in a few days it is like plush carpet. Best feature is the pricing. One of the most economical around. A lot of bang for the buck!

I have had chronic neck instability that causes severe headaches for most of my life. The correct adjustments stops the headaches almost instantly. I have seen dozens of chiropractors for over 40 years and Dr Suntkin is by far the most skilled at manual adjusting. He is extremely personable and very knowledgable. Amanda is so helpful in arranging appointments. I can’t thank them enough.

I have been receiving care at Northgate Chiropractic for over a year now. The staff are very professional, attentive, and are committed to assisting you in overcoming your pain or limitation to the greatest extent possible. I primarily see Dr. Macioce and he is an excellent practitioner. I have also seen Dr. Love on occasion with similar results. I have also been receiving massage therapy from Jamie Hicks and he is outstanding! There are many chiropractic options available in Rochester, but I would put the staff at Northgate up against any of them. They are simply the best!

This was my first time using Sheena and I couldn’t be happier. The electronic reservation and communications was excellent and made it easy to book the appointment. Additionally, when I told her the issues I was having she spent a significant amount of time ensuring that those problem areas were addressed. Lastly, her pricing is great and I felt like it was as competitive as other highly rated masseuses in the area. Can’t wait to go back!

I told Larry when people ask him what he does for a living, he needs to tell them that he is an artist. His techniques really are so skillful and masterful.

I am “ in good hands” when I entrust my aching body to Stacy. I had thoracic surgery a few years ago and having her healing touch massage the scar continues to be healing. I have a sense that she is intuitive about what my body needs as she pauses and waits and seems to be listening. She’s very knowledgeable about anatomy, but she also has a sense of what is needed. She's always asks how I am doing, and then listens carefully as I tell her what has been going on in my world that has impacted how I feel.
Her space is warm and welcoming and spacious. She adjust the temperature on the bed to suit my own needs. I love what she chooses to play gently in the background for music. It’s like a sanctuary from the world that is a mini retreat.
Went in for a massage and it was great. Room was clean, music was soothing and over all my appointment was relaxing. Definitely recommend a visit.
