i had Brittany do my eyebrow piercing. i always go to Adam, but this time he was not available, so i went thru “any staff”. and got Brittany! she was amazing!! kept talking to me to make sure i wasn’t nervous; i love sacred heart because of Adam, but now im loving Brittany! i just think that the staff there is great overall, you don’t always need Adam! ;)
On a whim booked a helix piercing, in addition to reopening an old lobe piercing. Brittany was attentive, kind and so understanding when I inevitably turned white as a ghost and needed to lie down (the needle fear is real!). We chatted the whole time and I felt so incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be back for my next piercing when I gather my brave face again! Thank you I'm so happy with my experience!!
