“i wanna give 5/5 because of the top service i received from Taylor Opper. how professional and talented she is. she was very kind, calm, and respectful throughout the whole appointment. and I actually really appreciated that she wasn’t constantly trying to make small talk because, personally, i enjoy a more relaxed environment where the focus is on the service and quality of the work.
every question i had tho, she took the time to answer and explain everything clearly. she also gave me great advice about adding layers since I have a lot of hair, and I’m so glad i trusted her recommendation because i absolutely LOVE my haircut. Honestly, this is probably the best a haircut has ever suited me, and it’s all thanks to her attention to detail, care, and professionalism.
the only thing i would suggest is maybe changing the order of services. i felt like getting the massage first and then having my eyebrows waxed was a little backwards — kind of like having dessert and then a digestif before the main course (im a server at Ollin lol) 😂. other than that, my experience was amazing, and i truly appreciate the care she put into making me feel confident and happy with my hair.”
