“Even though I did ultimately have to have a pet put down, I really appreciated the service and personalized care I received from Dr. Toddie and everyone at this facility. They were extremely caring and responsive to all my concerns from the very beginning. Dr. Toddie even emailed me with advice before I could bring my pet in. When it was finally time to say goodbye, the entire staff was so kind and caring. They took time to answer all of our questions, and explained everything in a professional but compassionate way. They do not allow you to be in the room during the actual euthanasia FYI, but we felt it was all handled very well. I'm so glad I found this clinic to take such excellent care of my dear friend in his last days.“
