I had been suffering from pain in my back and neck since 2014 and Dr. Chris did exercises for my back and neck and scheduled 8 treatment sessions for me, and I felt the pain disappear from the first appointment with Dr. Chris. He found that my left leg was slightly longer than my right, and he did exercises and they became equal in length. I advise anyone who suffers from back, neck, or shoulder problems to go directly to them and you will find a big difference after they finish the exercises.Thank you guy’s so much

I have been relying on chiropractic therapies to address various back issues for approximately 30 years. While I do have my preferred chiropractors, they have usually been located outside of Rochester. Recently, I decided to give Chiropractic First and Dr. Nick a chance.
