Had a plumbing emergency at my property while I was at work. This was at 9pm. They had a technician there within 15 minutes and solved my problem fast and charged a very fair price. Would use their service again and would recommend to anyone!
Had pipe from house to septic plug up. Rochester Drain Rite showed up in 3 hours to fix. Charged plenty but service like that is priceless! 4 days later, plugged up again! Called about noon on Saturday New Year Eve weekend! Said it may be 5 o'clock, they were there by 3:30 and did not charge a thing! To make it clear they did a good job the first time!!!! Thank you for your service!
