Brought my cat Oliver in to get established and checked up. Staff starting from email to in person visit were pleasant and professional. Dr. Michelle was knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything in detail. I will be bringing my dog Peter here as well.

I could not be more grateful for the wonderful care the entire team provided for my dog, Archie, yesterday! Amy at the front desk was so incredibly kind when I called needing an urgent appointment. Dr. Watson was very thorough in explaining all our options, made Archie feel at ease, and ensured that I had every question answered. We ultimately had to be transferred to Blue Pearl for overnight care and the Heritage team made it seamless. By the time we arrived at Blue Pearl, they had sent Archie’s records and Dr. Watson called to give a warm handoff to the accepting vet. So incredibly thankful to Heritage and their compassionate team!

We love Heritage! Everyone there is so kind and helpful and our dog gets SO excited every time he gets to go. The ladies at the front are the best. Dr. Finkel has been our vet since our dog was only a couple months old, and we could not ask for a better vet. Not only is he great at what he does, but he loves our dog like his own. We know our pup is in good hands at Heritage!
