The local company is fantastic, but I didn't like having to first reach a call center every time I needed to call. Once I got transferred to the local company, each time they were wonderful to work with! Great pricing for one-time or seasonal packages, love their guarantee, and our wasps are long gone.

Pricing was comparable to competitors, but competitors often had early termination agreements or extra fees that I did not see on the service agreement with Rove/Greenix.
