Jill at Rove has always been thorough when spraying properties, answering questions and is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional.
Maurice did a great job, very polite, very professional and excellent attention to detail and really got into those nooks and crannies. pulled out a small wasps nest. He should come back again.😊
Quarterly treatment. Let me know he was here and completed treating my house. Really don't get the bugs coming in like before this service or wasps building nests.. Very satisfied with his work and he did my neighbors house as well.
The guy was nice and good as well. He found the hornets nest and then added more of the powder to deter the bees from building in the area again. It seems like the technicians are pretty thorough. So I am happy about that.
However I was not happy with the customer service on the phone when I initially called about the bees. She tried to push my appt up a month so that I would have to pay for this re-service. Rove would have never done that.
I hope this doesn't happen again of I need a reservice in the future.
