“Firstly, Javier is the real deal. I was in town for a basketball tournament but I had to go to a funeral back up in the twin cities. Not only did he get me in but he perform an amazing cut and trim. I've been going to a barber in the twin cities but after a cut like that I plan to visit Rochester and get a cut from Javier at least once a month.
