Even though I did ultimately have to have a pet put down, I really appreciated the service and personalized care I received from Dr. Toddie and everyone at this facility. They were extremely caring and responsive to all my concerns from the very beginning. Dr. Toddie even emailed me with advice before I could bring my pet in. When it was finally time to say goodbye, the entire staff was so kind and caring. They took time to answer all of our questions, and explained everything in a professional but compassionate way. Dr. Toddie was AMAZING. She answered all of our questions so thoroughly, not to mention she was extremely kind, loving and compassionate towards our little puppy. The whole hospital was clean as could be. The staff was amazing, so helpful and very kind as well. They made sure that they got to know us and our puppy to ensure the best quality care. I couldn't recommend this place enough! You guys treated our lil guy like a king! We will never go anywhere else for our pets needs!

This place is awesome! We just moved to Rochester within the last year and had a great vet back home and thought he would be hard to replace. But Dr. Toddie is great! I first brought my cat here during the winter because she had a cold, who knew cats could get a cold! But Dr. Toddie was great with her, gave her a shot with antibiotics and the staff called to check up a few days later to make sure everything was well. We just recently took our two dogs there for their annual, one of which is very vocal and has a little bit of anxiety. But Dr. Toddie and her staff were amazing with her!
